the study aimed at pointing out the obstacles that face the secondary school principals at Southern Hebron Directorate . It also aimed at finding out the difference in principals estimations due to gender , scientific qualifications and years of experience.
The descriptive method was used in the study . A questionnaire was developed to collect data . To assure the validity of the questionnaire , it was submitted to sixteen referees . Cronbach Alpha was used to examine questionnaire reliability , the Alpha value was (0.77) which is reasonable and suits the purpose of the study.
The population of the study consists of all secondary schools principals at Southern Hebron area ; they were (41 males and females ). All questionnaire were restored . To answer the study questions means and standard deviations were used.
Results of the study showed that the degree of difficulties is medium . The mean is (3.28). there are few differences in means in responses of principals due to sex , qualifications , and years of experiences.
