This survey study investigated science teachers’ perspectives of teachers, principals, and supervisors role in offering active classroom environment to high basic school students in Jerusalem. The researchers improved a questionnaire to collect the needed data. The results of the study were considered valid and consistent since Cronbach alpha scored (0.88 ). The sample of the study was chosen randomly from all science teachers in high basic schools in Jerusalem. The results indicated that there are differences in roles according to the variables: gender, qualification, degree, and years of experience. The results of the study showed that there are differences in the roles of teachers, principals and supervisors in offering active classroom environment from science teachers perspectives with a mean (3,28 ) .It showed that there are statistical significant differences in science teachers perspectives due to gender in favor of females, and there are statistical significant differences due to qualification degree in favor of higher than Bachelor.
