Abstract


This research investigate the Administrative Subsidiarity for Nablus district in the Ottoman period and the beginnings of the emergence of the feudal system in the Ottoman Empire and its historical roots, feudal land types and the foundation on which it is divided by annual income, in addition to the relationship of local rulers districts in Palestine with system of feudalism. The research depends upon the Ottoman legislation of Nablus Court records (record No. 1, for the year (1066 AH / 1655 A.D).The research depends on the legislation document which reported the land type of leadership and Altimar in Nablus District, and arranges these documents as they are in the record. The research discussed the conflict that resulted from this economic system which concentrated on the land and its annual income for the owner of Altimar and the tenant. And often the conflict was caused by the annual repayment or the benefit transition from one landlord to another through patents Sultans that were obtained by the Landlord or these committed by the Ottoman Empire
