Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the degree of satisfaction on studying process at the Faculty of Al-Balqa Applied University/ Irbid University College, from the students point of view in the light of the following variables: academic level ,grade, department,and program. To achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire of (30) was distributed to (500) students.
The study revealed that the degree of university studying satisfaction level of bachelors and diploma students was medium. The study indicated that there is significant difference at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of satisfaction of undergraduate students attributed to academic level, program, and grade. As for the diploma students, the results showed no statistically significant difference at (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of satisfaction attributed to the academic level, department, and grade.
