This study aimed to identify the preferable learning methods among Faculty of Education students at Al Aqsa University in the light of the variables of gender, and academic achievement level “. To achieve the study goals, the two researchers prepared a valid and a reliable tool on a sample consists of 183 students (80 male and 103 female ). The sample was chosen during the first semester of the year 2012 -2013 . The findings of the study indicate that :
- The motivation learning methods occupied the primary position according to the gender variable, then comes the individual,the achievement and the cooperative learning methods respectively .
- According to the academic level variable, the arrangement was followed by the motivation learning method, the cooperative, the achievement and the individual learning methods respectively.
- According to the achievement level variable, the motivation learning method comes first, followed by the cooperative,the achievement and the individual learning methods respectively.
- There are no differences in the total grades of the learning methods between students refer to the variables of the (gender , and achievement level). While there are differences in learning styles due to the level of academic favoring the fourth level
