In this paper, a fractional SIRS model on heterogeneous complex networks is introduced. The asymptotic local and global stability of equilibrium points are studied, numerical simulation is used to support our theoretical results and show the effect of fractional order q and the influence of connectivity between individuals which represented as ψ(t).
