Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the availability of the requirements of applying the Excellence Management Standards (EFQM) at Najran University in the light of some international experiences from the point of view of university leaders and faculty members. The study used the descriptive method. A questionnaire was constructed to detect these requirements, consisting of 16 words distributed on 9 axes, Applied to a sample of the faculty members (136) members , The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The availability of all requirements of Excellence Management Standards at Najran University from the point of view of the study sample, and the absence of differences of statistical significance due to the variables of gender, specialization, nationality, employment, Differences in the (human resources) axis in favor of non-leadership, There are differences according to the variable of experience in the axes (policies, strategies, human resources, and employee satisfaction) between (less than 5 years) and (5 to less than 10) for (less than 5 years).
