The study aims to identify the degree of practicing administrative empowerment of teaching staff members in the official Jordanian universities and its relation to their leadership skills. The sample consisited of (432) from the teaching staff members (7200) in the Jordanian Government universities. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method and used the questionnaire as an instrument to collect a data, and test the validity and reliability, the researchers have been distributed (426) questionnaire (423) was Retrieval.the valid of which for analysis ( 421 .) The study results showed that the total degree of the degree of practicing administrative empowerment of teaching staff members in the official Jordanian universities was high, and that there is no relevant differences statistically significant differences due to the variables (gender, academic grade and college), And there are differences of statistical significance according to the variable of experience. According to the results of the study, the researchers recommended strengthening the concept of administrative empowerment as it contributes to solving some problems related to leadership skills, clarifying its importance as an input in the management of institutions at the present time, and conducting a similar study to this study on private Jordanian universities, and other demographic variables that were not addressed in this study, and the creation of an environment Appreciate creative ideas and work to employ the appropriate possibilities to apply them within universities.
