Abstract

هدف المقال الكشف عن علاقة قلق المستقبل المهني بالثقة بالنفس لدى طلبة الصف العاشر، وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (150) طالب وطالبة من طلبة الصف العاشر، واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس قلق المستقبل المهني، ومقياس الثقة بالنفس، واتّبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى أنه بلغ الوزن النسبي لمحور قلق المستقبل المهني (65.37%) متوسط، بينما الوزن النسبي للثقة بالنفس بلغ (71.09%) مرتفع، وتوجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥ α) بين قلق المستقبل المهني والثقة بالنفس، وكذلك توصّلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات درجات طلبة الصف العاشر على مقياس قلق المستقبل المهني، ومقياس الثقة بالنفس تبعًا لمغيرات الدراسة (النوع – التقدير).

The article aimed to reveal the relationship of professional future anxiety with self-confidence among tenth grade students, and the study sample consisted of a sample of (150) students from tenth grade students. The study followed the descriptive approach, and the study concluded that the relative weight of the occupational future anxiety axis was (65.37%) average, while the relative weight of self-confidence was (71.09%) high, and there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05) between anxiety Professional future and self-confidence, and the study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of tenth grade students on the professional future anxiety scale, and the self-confidence scale according to the study variables (gender - estimate).
