Abstract
هدف المقال التعرف على واقع أداء معلمي التعليم المهني في ضوء المعايير المهنية للأداء التدريسي من وجهة نظرهم، اتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال تطوير استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة مكونة من (130) معلم ومعلمة في مدارس التعليم المهني في محافظة إربد تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة بما نسبته (30%)، وبعد إجراء التحليل الإحصائي من خلال برنامج (SPSS) أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى أداء معلمي التعليم المهني في ضوء المعايير المهنية للأداء التدريسي من وجهة نظرهم جاء مرتفعاً، كما أن هناك فروقًا في أداء معلمي التعليم المهني في ضوء المعايير المهنية للأداء التدريسي لصالح الذكور والمؤهلات العلمية الأعلى، في حين لا يوجد أداء معلمي التعليم المهني في ضوء المعايير المهنية للأداء التدريسي من وجهة نظرهم فيما يتعلق بمتغير الخبرة، وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أبرزها: تدريب المعلمين على إجراء البحوث شبه تجريبية للتعرف على تأثير المعايير المهني على أداء الطلبة التخصصات المهنية
The article aimed to identify the reality of the performance of vocational education teachers in light of the professional standards for teaching performance from their point of view. This study followed the descriptive analytical approach, by developing a questionnaire and distributing it to a sample of (130) male and female teachers in vocational education schools in Irbid Governorate, who were randomly selected from the study community at a rate of (30%). After conducting the statistical analysis through the (SPSS) program, the results showed that the level of performance of vocational education teachers in light of the professional standards for teaching performance from their point of view was high. There are also differences in the performance of vocational education teachers in light of the professional standards for teaching performance in favor of males and higher academic qualifications, while there is no performance of vocational education teachers in light of the professional standards for teaching performance from their point of view regarding the experience variable. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: training teachers to conduct quasi-experimental research to identify the impact of professional standards on the performance of students in vocational specializations
