Abstract

هدف المقال إلى بيان أسباب الحرب الروسية- الأوكرانية في عام 2022، والتعرف على أهم تداعيات الحرب الروسية –الأوكرانية وبيان انعكاسات الحرب الروسية – الأوكرانية على بنية المجتمع الدولي وبيان أثر النظام العالمي على تصعيد الدور الروسي وتراجع الهيمنة الأمريكية، وتم الاعتماد على منهجية متكاملة ومركبة منهج كمي ونوعي لإيجاد إطار شامل للتحليل، ومن أبرز هذه المناهج المنهج التحليلي والمنهج الوصفي ومنهج النظم، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأزمة الروسية – الأوكرانية هي أزمة كاشفة لحقيقة الانتقال الذي قد يحدث في النظام العالمي، فالولايات المتحدة كانت تريد انحداراً كاملاً لروسيا وحصارها وهزيمة إرادتها، لكن روسيا على الجانب الاخير تصر على إعادة النظر في الترتيبات التي تهدد أمنها القومي عن طريق التفاهم مع قادة حلف الناتو، وعندما رفض الحلف الاستجابة لمطالبها كان الخيار المتاح أمام روسيا هو فرض إرادتها بالقوة والتدخل العسكري في أوكرانيا، وبذلك فقد أثبتت روسيا أنها قوة مراجعة بإمكانها فرض إرادتها وتغليب مصالحها في تحد واضح للهيمنة الأمريكية، ما قد يقلص نفوذ الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية عبر العالم، ويكون إيذاناً بنشأة نظام متعدد القطاب

The study aimed to explain the causes of the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2022, to identify the most important repercussions of the Russian-Ukrainian war, to demonstrate the repercussions of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the structure of the international community, and to demonstrate the impact of the global system on the escalation of the Russian role and the decline of American hegemony. An integrated and complex methodology was relied upon. Quantitative and qualitative to create a comprehensive framework for analysis, and the most prominent of these approaches are the analytical approach, the descriptive approach, and the systems approach. The study concluded that the Russian-Ukrainian crisis is a crisis that reveals the reality of the transition that may occur in the global system. Russia, on the other hand, insists on reconsidering the arrangements that threaten its national security through an understanding with NATO leaders, and when the alliance refused to respond to its demands, the option available to Russia was to impose its will by force and military intervention in Ukraine. Thus, Russia has proven that it is a revisionist force that can impose Its will, and interests prevail in a clear challenge to American hegemony, which may reduce the influence of the United States of America across the world, and be a sign of the emergence of a multipolar system
