Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان أثر بيئة العمل في الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء ديرعلا. وتمّ اتّباع المنهج الوصفيّ التحليليّ، وتمّ اعتماد الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من مدراء ومديرات المدارس، وبلغ حجمه (49) مديرًا، ومديرة، وتمّ أخذ العينة بطريقة المسح الشامل، حيث بلغ عدد المدارس في لواء ديرعلا (49) مدرسة، توزّعت ما بين (14) مدرسة ثانويّة، (35) مدرسة أساسيّة، وتمَّ إجراء مسح شامل لمجتمع الدراسة، حيث بلغ حجم العينة (49) مديرًا، ومديرة، وتمّ توزيع أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) بالطريقة الإلكترونية، حيث تمّ توزيع (49) استبانة، وتمّ استرداد (45) استبانة، وبعد الفحص تمّ استبعاد (3) استبانات، حيث بلغ عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل (42) استبانة، وذلك بنسبة (85.7%). وتمّ استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائي (SPSS) لتحليل بيانات الدراسة. وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمّها: إنّ معامل التحديد (R²) لتأثير بيئة العمل متمثلة بأبعادها: (الهيكل التنظيمي، والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، والتكنولوجيا، والأنظمة المستخدمة، ومحفّزات العمل) في الإبداع الإداري متمثّلًا بأبعاده: (الأصالة، والطلاقة، وقبول المخاطرة، والمرونة) لدى مدراء المدارس الحكومية في لواء ديرعلا بلغت قيمته (99.1%). وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: توسيع نطاق الإشراف لمديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء ديرعلا، مع إعادة تصميم الهياكل التنظيمية للمدارس، بحيث تكون أكثر مرونة ووضوح، وتحديد خطوط الاتصال بين المستويات الوظيفيّة، مع تعريف واضح لمهام، وواجبات، ومسؤوليات جميع المسمّيات الوظيفيّة في الهيكل التنظيمي.

The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the work environment on the administrative creativity of the principals of public schools in the Deir Alla district. The analytical descriptive approach was followed, and the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for data collection. The study population consisted of school principals, and its size reached 49 principals. The sample was taken By the comprehensive survey method, the number of schools in the Deir Alla district reached 49 schools, distributed between 14 secondary schools and 35 basic schools. (questionnaire) electronically, where (49) questionnaires were distributed, (45) were retrieved, and after examination, (3) questionnaires were excluded, as the number of questionnaires valid for analysis reached (42), with a rate of (85.7%). The statistical package program (SPSS) was used. To analyze the study data. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The coefficient of determination (R²) for the impact of the work environment represented by its dimensions (organizational structure, participation in decision-making, technology, systems used, work incentives) in administrative creativity represented by its dimensions (originality, fluency, acceptance of risk, flexibility ) among public school principals in the Deir Alla district is (99.1%). The study recommended a set of recommendations, most notably: expanding the scope of supervision for public school principals in the Deir Alla district, with redesigning the organizational structures of schools so that they are more flexible and clearer, and defining lines of communication between levels Functional, with a clear definition of the tasks, duties and responsibilities of all job titles in the organizational structure.
