Abstract

Abstract

The study aimed to suggest an educational ethical code for security media in Jordan to manage the crisis of the spread of false news through social media in light of the epidemic crises from the point of view of workers in the Directorate of Media and Community Police in Public Security. By knowing the reality and challenges, use the descriptive development method. The questionnaire is a data collection tool, (399) individuals working in the Directorate of Information and Community Police and the affiliated sections in the police directorates affiliated to (the central region, the capital region, the northern region, the southern region, and the Badia region) were chosen by a simple random method. The results showed that the role of security media in Jordan in crisis management, particularly the spread of false news about Corona via social media, was largely attributed to the views of workers in the Media Directorate and the Community Police in Public Security. The results showed that the challenges facing the security media came to a moderate degree. In light of the results of the study, an educational ethical code was proposed for the security media in Jordan to manage the crisis of spreading fake news through social media in light of the epidemic crises. In light of the results, the study recommends that the Public Security Directorate adopt the Code of Ethics and seek to circulate it to workers in the Directorate of Information and Community Police. هدفت الدراسة اقتراح مدونة أخلاقيه تربوية للإعلام الأمني في الأردن لإدارة أزمة انتشار الأخبار الزائفة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في ظل الأزمات الوبائية من وجهة نظر العاملين في مديرية الإعلام والشرطة المجتمعية في الأمن العام, من خلال تعرف إلى الواقع والتحديات ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم المنهج الوصفي التطويري، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، طبقت على عينة قوامها (399) فردًا من العاملين في مديرية الإعلام والشرطة المجتمعية والأقسام التابعة لها في مديريات الشرطة ( إقليم العاصمة، وإقليم الوسط، وإقليم الشمال، وإقليم الجنوب، وإقليم البادية) تمَّ اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وأظهرت النتائج أنَّ دور الإعلام الأمني في الأردن في إدارة أزمة انتشار الأخبار الزائفة حول كورونا عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي من وجهة نظر العاملين في مديرية الإعلام والشرطة المجتمعية في الأمن العام جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وبينت النتائج أنَّ التحديات التي تواجه الإعلام الأمني جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. في ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم اقتراح مدونة أخلاقية تربوية للإعلام الأمني في الأردن لإدارة أزمة انتشار الأخبار الزائفة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في ظل الأزمات الوبائية، وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الدراسة مديرية الأمن العام بتبني المدونة الأخلاقية والسعي لتعميمها على العاملين في مديرية الإعلام والشرطة المجتمعية.
