The study aimed at identifying leadership styles in Technical Colleges and Industrial Institutes at Saudi Arabia from the perspective of Staff.
The study relied on the descriptive approach. A questionnaire of 34 items was designed with adequate validity and reliability for the purpose of the study, and distributed to a sample of (394) trainers and administrative staff at technical colleges and Industrial Institutes.
The results showed that the most practiced administrational pattern was "the unsteady pattern", then "the social pattern", and the least was "the negative pattern". In addition, there were no significant differences among the means of the sample according to study variables.
