Abstract

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the level of leadership skills of Arab schools` principals within the Green Line, as well as to identify the level of administrative creativity among school principals, and to reveal the relationship between leadership skills and administrative innovation as perceived by teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study and to answer its questions, the descriptive correlative method was used. By constructing a questionnaire consisting: of two parts; 1st part: leadership skills dimensions, 2nd part: dimensions of administrative creativity. The sample of the study was selected by using stratified random sample. The sample included 803 teachers. The results showed that the degree of leadership skills of Arab schools` principals within the Green Line was high, as well as the existence of a high degree of administrative creativity among principals. The results also showed a statistically significant relationship between leadership skills and administrative creativity from the point of view of teachers.

ملخص: هدفت الدّراسة التّعرف إلى مستوى المهارات القياديّة لدى مديري المدارس العربيّة داخل الخطّ الأخضر, كذلك التّعرف إلى مستوى الإبداع الإداريّ لدى مديري المدارس, والكشف عن العلاقة بين المهارات القياديّة والإبداع الإداريّ لديهم من وجهة نظر المعلّمين. لتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة وللإجابة عن أسئلتها تمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفيّ الارتباطيّ. عن طريق بناء استبانة مكوّنة من جزأين: الأوّل أبعاد المهارات القياديّة, والثّاني أبعاد الإبداع الإداريّ. فقد تمّ اختيار عيّنة الدّراسة بالطّريقة العشوائيّة الطبقية إذ تكوّنت عيّنة الدّراسة من (803) معلمين ومعلمات. أظهرت النّتائج أنّ درجة المهارات القياديّة لدى مديري المدارس العربيّة داخل الخطّ الأخضر جاءت بدرجة كبيرة, كذلك وجود مستوى كبير للإبداع الإداريّ لدى مديري المدارس, كما أظهرت النّتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائيّة بين المهارات القياديّة والإبداع الإداريّ لديهم من وجهة نظر المعلّمين.
