The study aimed to identify degree of practice of the educationalsupervisors of human relationships from the perspective of primary schoolteachers in the northern eastern educational district in Jordan in the lightof the variables of gender, academic qualifications and experience, Thestudy sample consisted of (140) teachers who were selected randomly.Theresearchers used the descriptive method in this study, using a questionnairewhich consisted of (40) items divided into seven domains.The validity andreliability were checked.The findings of the study showed that the practice degree of educationalsupervisors of human relationships on the total score had come to a mediumdegree, and the mostly practiced area is the good example and the least ofthese were the practice of cooperation, The study also showed no statisticallysignificant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) due to the variablesof gender, academic qualifications and experience
