The aim of this study is to identify the estimates of students- teacherstrainees in cooperative schools for the problems which encounter themduring practicum program and suggestions of appropriate solutions toovercome them. The study sample consisted of (69) student (15 males and54 females) who have registered in the practicum course (2) . To achieve thepurpose of the study, a questionnaire was constructed by two researcherswhich includ (60) items and covering four domains. The results of the studyshowed that practicum problems were ranked as follows: problems relatedto the cooperative school and its management, procedures of the organizingpracticum program, the cooperative teacher and the practicum supervisor.Moreover, the results have showed that there was a statistically significantdifference (a≤0. 05) between the means of the estimates students- teachersfor the practicum problems due to the variable of gender in favor offemales. In the light of these results, the study suggested some solutions andrecommendations.
