Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the degree of teachers’ efficienciesin the secondary schools in Jerash from their point of view in light of thevariables of (sex, qualification, and years of experience) in the academicyear 2014/ 2015. The study sample consisted of (480) teachers, and used aquestionnaire which included (40) items. The results showed that the averagedegree of the efficiencies in teaching and planning ranged between (2.13-2.99) , but there is a significant difference at the level of (a= 0.05) in thedegree of variables of sex and educational qualifications. There is also astatistical significance difference due to variable of the years of experiencefor the benefit of those who have 10 or more years.
