This study aims at identifying the reality of educational services providedto individuals of special needs at the Palestinian universities according tofaculty member’s perspectives and other variables such as gender, universityand academic qualification.For achieving the study purposes, a questionnaireconsisting of (56) items and six domains of academic, administrative,social, psychological, used technology and physical facilities domains hasbeen developed, distributed among of (688) individuals of study sample,gathered, codified, entered the computer and statistically processed by usingthe statistical package of social science (SPSS) .The results showed that theavailable domains were ranked as follows: psychological and social domainsfirst, second academic and administrative domains and finally physicalfacilities and used technology.Results showed that there are no statisticalsignificant differences at (= 0.05) about the reality of educational servicesaccording to the faculty member’s perspectives due to the variables ofgender, academic qualification and university.The researcher recommendedthe necessity of establishing service centers for individuals of special needsat the universities in addition to involving them in all activities, committeesand students’ councils.
