The study aimed to recognize or disclose therole of educational supervision and its contributionto the professional development for the mathteachers in the high primary stage. The studydepends on the point view of math teachers in thetwo governorates, “Tulkarim and Salfeet”. Thestudy aims to recognize the effect of variables:(governorate, sex, years of experience, and thenumber of training courses during the yearsservice) which depend on the averages or means ofmath teachers responds or answers towards roles ofeducational supervisors in the contribution of theirprofessional development. The two researchers usea questioner as a tool or device for the study whichcontains 43 items using Likert fivefold Scale. Thestudy has been verified through a tool of honestyand stability, the factor of reliability has reachedthe average of 0. 86, the study sample contained orconsisted of 107 of math male and female teacher inthe schools of the two governorates: “Tulkarim andSalfeet”. The study took place during the secondsemester/ academic year: 2014 – 2015. through theanalysis of data which has been collected using thedescriptive method and Statistical Package of SocialScience (SPSS) , the results of the study showed thatthe averages or means of math teachers responds oranswers towards roles of educational supervision inthe contribution of their professional developmentconsidered as a medium result. The results of thestudy showed that there is no significant statisticaldifferences in the averages or means of teacherresponds towards the role of educational supervisorsin the contribution of the professional developmentfor the math teachers in the high primary stage inPalestine from the view point of teachers accordingto the variables of: (governorate, sex, years ofexperience, and the number of training coursesduring the years service) ,while the study dependson a set of statistical significant differences, whichdepend on variable of sex in favor of female teachers.In addition to another variable which depends onthe place of the school for the benefit of schoolsin the city. In the light of the results of the study,the researchers have advised or recommended anumber of recommendations.
