Abstract
This study has been prepared by the employeeat the Higher Council for Youth, Mr. Nayef AbuRumman for the purpose of recognizing the level ofsatisfaction of the receivers of the Council servicesin Jordan from the point of view of the heads of theyouth clubs in the north region namely in Jerash,Ajloon, Mafraq and Irbid governorates.The study sample consisted of (75) president inthe four mentioned governorates; a (23) paragraphsquestionnaire and applying TUKEY range testand the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS) analytical method had been used for thispurpose.The results showed a high level of satisfactionof the Council for Youth’s services in all the aspectsof the study; it also showed no statistical significantdifferences at the (0,05>a) at the satisfactionof the study sample according to the academicqualification variable whereas some statisticalsignificant differences has been noted according toexperience and governorate variable.The researcher recommends the importance ofthe continuation of the positive connectivity amongstthe Higher Council’s employees and the sport clubsas a whole; and the necessity of conducting a similarstudy covering all the rest of the governorates in thekingdom as well as studies on the Higher Council’sservice receivers.
