The study aimed to identify the satisfaction of the trainees with training programs, trainers, training courses, and the training environment. Also, it aims to provide development suggestions that could contribute to the effectiveness of the performance of the short summer educational administrative programs offered by the Educational Center for Professional Development. To achieve these goals, the descriptive approach and the questionnaire were chosen as a tool for the study. The questionnaire was distributed to the entire study community, which were (147) and the responses were (138), which account (94%) of the respondents. The study reached a number of results such as the average satisfaction for all study items were high, there were no statistically significant differences between the trainees, and they suggested a number of development suggestions such as investing the experiences of the trainees, taking into account the differences between the trainees, and making a balance between theoretical and practical sides. From these results, the researcher suggests a number of recommendations, paying more attentions to build training courses based on scientific models to meet the needs of the trainees and the Ministry of Education aspirations, investing the trainees' experiences, and distributing the trainees based their levels and needs.
