Abstract

The study aimed to identify how to develop the administrative creativity of secondary school principals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of contemporary administrative trends and the researcher's use of the descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of (150) teachers and administrators in secondary schools, and the results of the study reached a lack of interest in encouraging the use of information and communication technology in the educational process. The lack of training programs provided to school principals to develop their creativity, the lack of interest in documenting the relationship between the school and the surrounding environment, and the study recommends granting more incentives and various rewards to high school leaders, to encourage cadres and competencies qualified to run schools without reluctance, because of the obstacles facing the performance of leaders.
