This study aims at identify the degree of achieving the requirements of total quality management in Al-Baha schools from the point of view of school leaders and teachers in the light of the National Saudi vision 2030. And to discover whether there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the average members of the study sample due to the variables (job title, years of experience, and the number of courses in the field of total quality management), and to achieve the goals of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and formed The study sample consisted of (344) leaders and teachers (10%) of the total study population. The study tool consisted of identifying total quality management requirements that contained (33) items. The data were statistically processed and verification of the validity and reliability of the questionnaire indications, and the results of the study showed that the degree of availability of the requirements of the application of total quality management (organizational requirements, human requirements, and material requirements) came with a high degree.
