The research explored the distributed leadership perceptions of faculty members and how to exercise the university staff to that issue with its observed effects on the member of the faculty. Furthermore, the study aimed to identify the reality of distributed leadership faculty members' practice in the College of Basic Education from the viewpoint of its members. The sample of the study consisted of (80) faculty members, who chosen according to the random method. Triple Likert scale used where this type of assessment used to measure the repetition.
The researchers used the statistical packages of social sciences (SPSS 25) in conducting statistical analyzes for revealing the differences in their estimates. According to the variables of the type of faculty member (male-female) - scientific degree (professors, associate professors, assistant professors ), years of experience ( From less five years, five to less than ten years, ten years or more).
A questionnaire developed (33) phrases categorised in four-axis (vision, mission and goals) - (institution culture) - (joint responsibility) - (leadership practices).It evaluated the validity and reliability of samples with the correlation coefficients between its overall degrees of each phrase axis. The evaluation revealed the agreement of the members of the research sample towards the exchange feedback of faculty members where the percentage reached (78.33%). The faculty also gives great attention to the proposals submitted by the faculty members, evaluated as 73.33%. On the other hand, the percentage of the questionnaire in the exchange members of the faculty feedback reached (76.67%). Also, the questionnaire revealed that the head of the department to evaluate the faculty members after each semester reached (76.25%). Besides, the members' opinions at the culture of the institution as a whole, the scientific research occurred "intermediate" level. According to the research sample members' responses, the questionnaires of faculty members on the overall evaluation axis revealed that the opinions occurred at the "intermediate" level. However, the relative weights for all axis ranged between (68.85% - 74.43%). Finally, the questionnaire demonstrated the compatibility of the college plan with the vision of the university, where the percentage reached (80.42%).
