The aim of this research
1- Developing the knowledge aspect of the educational technology specialist designing electronic courses skills by using an electronic training environment based on Learning Management Systems (Moodle(
2- Development of the performance aspect of the skills of designing electronic courses for the education technology specialist, using an electronic training environment based on the learning management system (Moodle).
The research group consisted of (15) from an educational technology specialist in Assiut Governorate, and the research materials and tools were represented in a list of electronic course design skills, an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of e-curriculum design skills, a note card to measure the performance aspect, and a user guide for entering the system ( Moodle), and the tools were prepared by the researcher, and after ensuring the stability and validity of the tools, they were applied to the research group before Then the application of the electronic interactive environment on the research group and then the application of the research tools after, and then the data was processed statistically.
The results of the research showed that the use An existing electronic training environment based on Moodle learning management system led to an increase in the performance and cognitive achievement in the design skills of electronic courses for the education technology specialist. Accordingly, the most important research recommendations were to use the Moodle system as electronic training environment to train the education technology specialist to develop the design skills for them.
