The study aimed to review the educational literature and previous studies on the Six Sigma methodology and the readiness of educational institutions in Kuwait to use it as a method of comprehensive quality in improving, developing, and raising the efficiency of educational institutions within the experiences of this literature and studies, and the study was tired of the descriptive curriculum in reading reality and measuring it by knowing the readiness of educational institutions in Kuwait to use comprehensive quality methods to raise the efficiency of their educational institutions, where the sample of the study included 23 director and director of an educational institution in Kuwait, and the study reached several results, including the study. The study has reached several recommendations, including adopting the six Sigma methodology to raise productivity efficiency in educational institutions, overcoming administrative difficulties and obstacles to the development of school administrations and educational bodies, as well as enabling departments within the educational system, especially in decision-making processes.
