Abstract
The study aims to identify the practice degree of assistant school principals in intermediate schools in the state of Kuwait for digital management, and whether there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members with different variables: gender, academic qualification, academic specialization and years of experience, and the study followed the descriptive survey approach, and a questionnaire was designed consisting of (31) paragraphs distributed in six fields, and it was distributed electronically to the assistant directors, and the sample reached (188) Assistant managers, and the results showed that the assistant managers practice digital management with a medium degree, and that the obstacles are available in a high degree, and the results showed that there are statistically significant differences due to gender In favor of females, and the existence of differences in the degree of practice attributable to academic specialization and in favor of human specialties, as well as differences attributed to the variable years of experience in favor of those with less experience, and the study suggested a number of recommendations in light of its results
