To special education teachers and learning disabilities ones, the professional competence that based on standards considers the most important Pillars of professional preparation. It has expected outcomes to enhance and develop the quality of education for special education students, as well as the level of professional competence to their teachers.
This research purposed to understand deeply the concept of professional competence that based on standards and it’s importance to special education teachers and learning disabilities ones and how to judge those teachers according to it. Finally, to recognize the obstacles that could prevent to have the professional competence.
