Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of administrative communication practiced by school principals in the Negev region and its relationship to their professional performance from the perspectives of both principals and teachers. The study sample consisted of 520 participants, including 136 school principals and 384 teachers who were randomly selected. To achieve the study's goals, two tools were designed. The first tool was a questionnaire to measure the degree of administrative communication practice, which consisted of 33 items. The second tool was a questionnaire to assess the level of professional performance, consisting of 42 items. The study employed a correlational survey descriptive approach. The results showed that the degree of administrative communication practiced was high. Additionally, the findings indicated that the level of professional performance was also high. Finally, the results revealed a statistically significant correlational relationship between the degree of practice and the level of professional performance at a significance level of α = 0.05.
