Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of a culture of administrative creativity among Arab school principals within the green line and its relationship to the job performance of teachers from the teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (484) teachers and principals, including (364) male and female teachers, and (120) male and female principals who were chosen by the available random method. It also showed that the level of job performance for teachers in schools in Arabic within the green line was (significant), and there was a positive, statistically significant correlation at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the degree of availability of a culture of administrative creativity among Arab school principals within The green line and the job performance of teachers from the teachers’ point of view, and based on that, the study recommends the need for continuous administrative development for educational leaders in the continuous environment, by holding courses and workshops that always encourage the practice of Creativity.
