Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of organizational confidence among primary school principals in the south, within the Green Line, from the teachers' perspective, considering variables such as gender, academic qualifications, and years of experience. The study used a descriptive survey method and selected a random sample. The study sample consisted of 370 male and female teachers. A questionnaire was used to collect the necessary data to achieve the study's objectives. The results showed that the organizational confidence of school principals was moderate. There were significant differences in the degree of organizational confidence related to the variables of academic qualification and years of experience, favoring those with graduate studies and those with 10 or more years of experience. However, there was no significant difference in the estimates of organizational confidence among principals based on the gender variable.
