Abstract
The study aimed to assess the degree of practicing organizational values among school principals in the Northern Jordan Valley and its relationship to school development from the perspectives of principals and teachers. The results indicated that the degree of practicing organizational values among school principals was rated as high. Furthermore, the level of school development was also found to be significant, with a statistically significant positive correlation at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the degree of practicing organizational values and the level of school development. The researchers recommend maintaining this level of organizational values among principals and teachers in public schools within the Northern Jordan Valley Education Directorate
