Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree to which public school principals in Mafraq Governorate possess twenty-first century leadership skills and their relationship to administrative creativity. A stratified random sampling method was used, and the results indicated that the degree to which public school principals in Mafraq Governorate possess twenty-first century leadership skills is high. The findings revealed that the level of administrative creativity among public school principals in Mafraq Governorate is also significant, with a positive, moderate, statistically significant correlation at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the degree of possession of twenty-first century leadership skills and the level of administrative creativity. The researchers recommend that the competent authorities in the Ministry of Education continue to conduct training courses focused on employing twenty-first century leadership skills and implementing them across various aspects of schoolwork.
