Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree to which vocational education teachers practice the requirements of professional development in Irbid Qasaba Education and its relationship to the community’s perspective. A descriptive correlational survey method was employed, with a questionnaire used as the data collection tool. The questionnaire was administered to a sample of 205 principals and teachers selected through simple random sampling. The results indicated that the degree of vocational education teachers' practice of professional development requirements was significant, and the level of community perception was evaluated to be high. Furthermore, there was a statistically significant positive correlation at the 0.05 significance level between the degree of vocational education teachers' practice of professional development requirements in Irbid Qasaba Education and the level of community perception of them. The study recommends that vocational education teachers in Irbid's Qasbah maintain this level of professional development in the areas of teaching strategies, educational content, evaluation, self-development, and community partnership, given their importance in achieving the goals of the educational process.
