Abstract
This study aimed to identify the level of job gratitude among special education teachers in Arab schools in the Haifa district within the Green Line, from the perspectives of both principals and teachers, and to explore the impact of variables such as gender, academic qualification, job title, and years of experience on this level. The study sample consisted of 348 principals and teachers, selected conveniently. A descriptive survey method was used, and a questionnaire was designed with three domains and distributed electronically. The results of the study showed that the level of job gratitude among special education teachers in Arab schools in the Haifa district within the Green Line, from the perspectives of both principals and teachers, was high. The results also indicated statistically significant differences at the α = 0.05 significance level in the participants' assessments of the level of job gratitude among special education teachers, attributed to the academic qualification variable in favor of those with postgraduate studies, the years of experience variable in favor of those with less than 10 years of experience, and no statistically significant differences were found based on the variables of gender and job title.
