Abstract
The study aimed to identify the practice of school principals within the Green Line of creative leadership and its relationship to teachers' professional excellence from the teachers' perspective. The descriptive survey method was employed, with a questionnaire serving as the tool for data collection and analysis. Using simple random sampling, the results indicated that school principals within the Green Line practiced creative leadership to a large extent. Additionally, the level of job excellence among teachers was also found to be high. Moreover, a statistically significant moderate positive correlation (α = 0.05) was observed between the practice of creative leadership by school principals within the Green Line and teachers' job excellence. Based on these findings, the study recommended that the relevant authorities in the Ministry of Education continue to hold training courses aimed at enhancing the creative leadership skills of school principals.
