The purpose of the research is to clarify the Islamic educational values derived from the arbitration verse, to study their applications in the Jordanian personal status law in the Shari'a courts, and then to direct them to an educational directive. In the Shari'a courts and to extract the educational aspects of arbitration from judicial applications, by highlighting the role of educational institutions in participating in arbitration sessions between the conflicting spouses with the aim of reform as the first destination.
The research has reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the subject of arbitration requires a more comprehensive study and clearer procedures, which can be followed by the two rulings. In order to resolve conflicts and benefit from them, using the educational curriculum in the reform process, In the process of arbitration; does not turn the goal of reform to differentiate by a certain percentage of the dowry according to the damage caused by the spouses.
The research recommended the need to integrate specialized groups of scholars of Sharia, education and law in the educational and judicial institutions in the state; to ensure reform between spouses before ruling between them to differentiate between them.
