Abstract

This study is identified with deduction by analogy. The majority of legal knowledge scientists from different Islamic sectors have taken it as a foundation.Shafaee relayed on deduction analogy in giving jugements in many legal knowledge questions.The study mentioned examples of worships, marriages, crimes, oaths and vaws.
