Abstract

Our Islamic religion is characterized by the advantages that make hearts aspire to them. These characteristics accompany this true religion, even if the punishment is applied to its predicament. A research paper entitled " FEATURES OF ACHIEVING CIVIL PEACE IN THE APPLICATION OF LEGAL (SHARIAH) SANCTIONS" was conducted in the light of the prophet's guidance. The study concluded that the texts of the prophet came out to highlight the features of achieving civil peace in the application of punishment through " Ulster" to take into account the psychological, social aspect, preservation of human dignity, and taking into account the special cases of some individuals care for physical, intellectual and psychological security.
