This study showed the meaning of certainty and the meaning of suspicion in language and terminology. The study also showed the meaning of the predominance of the presumption in term. It showed practical models on using the predominance of the presumption as a work for purity, prayer, fasting, zakat, pilgrimage, the proofs of evidence and witness, sale, marriage and medical issues.
One of the findings of the study is that many of the contemporary issues in the transactions or medical issues were based and likely to be inferred by certainty.
