Abstract

This study discusses a significant issue from issues of Zakat, it is a concept of complete property in alms – tax, and the effect of that on the hasting rent of alms – tax in the right of renter and the tenant on both concluding and dissolution of the contract together with clearing the causes by which the contract is dissolved.

The study had employed the inductive, descriptive and analytical method, deduced that the complete property is what have been achieved of stability and ability on the absolute behavior in the possessed finance. Also deduced the hasting rent is possessed to the renter in an instable form, he has to pay what was stable on his property, referring the rent to the tenant at time of rental dissolution after complete renewal in his property, so he resumes by it a new year.
