Abstract

ملخص

ظهرت في السنوات الأخيرة العديد من الحلول التجميلية الطبية، ومن هذه الحلول تقنية التجميل بالبلازما الغنية بالصفائح الدموية (Platelet-rich plasma therapy - PRP)، فقد بدأ الأطباء باستخدامها لعلاج مشاكل صحية وجمالية مختلفة، بما في ذلك إنبات الشعر وتجديد البشرة، وشفاء الأنسجة المتضررة.

وعلى الرغم من حداثة هذه التقنية إلا أن كثرة الفتاوى المتعارضة الراجعة إلى اختلاف التصور الدقيق لهذه التقنية وتأثيرها، بالإضافة إلى انتشارها بشكل كبير في العيادات التجميلية برز لنا تساؤل عن مدى مشروعية التداوي بهذه التقنية في مجال الطب التجميلي بقسميه الضروري والحاجي أو التحسيني؟

مما دفعنا لكتابة هذا البحث، للوقوف على حقيقة هذه التقنية وتأثيرها، وإرجاع المسألة إلى أصولها وبالتالي بيان تكييفها وحكمها الشرعي، وهذا هو الهدف من وراء هذا البحث.

وخلص البحث إلى جواز هذه التقنية وفق الضوابط الشرعية والطبية.

Cosmetic treatment using Plasma Therapy (PRP)

A Fundamental Jurisprudence Study

Abstract

In recent years multiple new aesthetic medical advancements have appeared, one of these advancements is the Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP). Doctors have started using it to treat various health and aesthetic problems, this includes hair growth, skin regeneration, and healing of damaged tissues.

This technology is based on the idea of separating a sample of the patient's blood and then process it to obtain PRP, then injects it back into the places that need treatment.

However, despite the novelty of this technology, there are a diverse opinion regarding it for its indeterminate description. In addition, the wide spread of this technology in cosmetic clinics raised the question about its religious legitimacy both in a medical and aesthetic need. This research discussed this technology to better understand it and its effects. Thus, religious legitimacy regarding this technology was established, and it was concluded that it is permissible to be used under medical controls according to Sharia.
