Abstract
and to Use information and communication technology in education is to serve the educational process facilitate it to obtain the scientific information in order to development of the educational process Also the use of these new technologies in the learning process is, in most situations ,in support of educational theory or depending or dumping or damping itself. the impact of these methods on the quality of education is what made the context of thinking about, when we talk about expanding the use of advanced technologies.So Education ,since the end of the twentieth century heading towards "advanced media education", in the sense of digital education clearly and explicitly. the proper use of these methods in the design of the educational process, needs the focalization of attention on how to exploit the better and a high level, so that we can the internationalization of knowledge as a model in the global space and linking advanced technologies, and it allows the developement of the intellectual students capacity in order to , enable them to control and over use knowledge to the success of the educational process on all levels So we must reconsider the roles of all actors in the education by adopting a strategic planning for the management and direction of the educational process by means of modern communication technologies to ensure the formation of an actor and responsible citizen
