Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of importance of human and material needs to improve the quality of teaching in secondary schools in the education of Jerash from the perspective of managers، and adopted the approach descriptive survey was to identify the research community، which consists of (83) principals، and selected sample randomly Statistics and by (74 %) of the research community as the number of respondents (60) principals in secondary schools in the breeding Jerash. It was the development of a questionnaire included (35) paragraph. Been confirmed validity and reliability and the results showed: the importance maximum to provide teachers specialists، and activation of school for students system until the completion of the courses، and the development of strict laws to prevent fraud and to provide teachers and books and supplies with the start of the school year and actually improve the living standards of teachers.
