The System of Administrative Processes and Its Impact on the Effectiveness of the System of Organizational Relationships (Case Study)

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the effectiveness level for the whole system of the administrative processes (leadership, strategic planning, organization, and control), at the Ministry of Awqaf, and identifying the effectiveness level of the whole system of the internal and external relations at the Ministry. It aimed also at identifying the impact of the whole system of administrative processes, on one hand, and its main components, on the other hand, on the degree of effectiveness. The study concluded that the degree of effectiveness of administrative processes was about 60%, and the degree of effectiveness of the relations system was 67%, and that there was a high impact of the administrative processes system and its components on the relation’s system. The study’s recommendation for the top authority was to design a whole strategy for restructuring the whole system of administrative processes and the relations system, that is necessary to achieve the organizational integration, equilibrium and effectiveness
