Abstract

This research paper attempts to uncover the extent of the use of the traditional grammatical term in the modern Arabic linguistic lesson, to show the importance of its use, to revive its use in modern Arabic linguistic studies, and to search for the reasons and consequences of its abandonment. Or his abandonment and denial of it on the pretext that it does not lead to modern linguistic concepts, or is in the process of renewal and modernization, even if that is only on the terminological level. It is assumed that Arab linguists seek to devote the use of authentic Arabic heritage terminology to highlight their scientific importance, and to signify recognition of the great scientific efforts made by the venerable ancient Arabic language scholars in controlling grammatical terms and other things.

in the modern era, scientific missions were sent to Western countries to study modern Western sciences, including linguistics, and upon their return, great setbacks occurred that led to serious repercussions, especially in the authentic Arabic manner, as criticisms were leveled against him that amounted to arbitrariness in many of his basic issues.
