Abstract
This study aims at finding out the relationship between work atmosphere on the innovative behavior among the administrators at Colleges of Applied Sciences in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers have prepared two questionnaires. The first questionnaire is about measure of work atmosphere. which consists of 34 items distributed on seven domains. The second questionnaire is about measure of the innovative behavior which consist of 26 items. The study found that After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, (224) male and female administrators of the study group were invited to respond to the items of the questionnaire. the study used the descriptive descriptive approach, the study found that a positive correlation relationship between work atmosphere on the iInnovative behavior among the administrators at colleges of applied sciences in the sultanate of oman. the researchers recommends the following: developing future plans to care for innovators either through holding training courses to enhance their innovative behavior or competitions to motivate them to be innovative
