Abstract
The aim of this is to reveal the reality of field training for some humanitarian disciplines under distance learning, and the study used the qualitative curriculum for research purposes, and the sample of the study was formed from (50) faculty members in Jordanian universities, where the researcher used the corresponding tool to collect data and information. The study has reached a number of results, including: the importance of field training is that it helps students to work, apply and engage in the labor market, and try to account for challenges and adapt and deal with them in ways and ways that limit their increase, to know all changes and study them and evaluate them scientifically accurately. The study also recommended: increasing students' skills and abilities during distance learning with new means and innovations, finding creative ways to meet the challenges faced by faculty members in field training materials
