Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of human resources management practices on empowering workers in public shareholding insurance companies listed in the Amman Financial Market. An applied study from the viewpoint of senior and middle management managers in these companies. The study sample consisted of (337) employees from the upper and middle management staff. From the study community. (337) questionnaires were distributed, (327) questionnaires were retrieved, (13) questionnaires were excluded because they were not valid for analysis, 314 questionnaires were analyzed. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach in this study, the study found that the level of human resource management practices and employee empowerment was high. The study also found that there is a statistical impact of the practice of human resource management on the empowerment of workers in public shareholding insurance companies listed on the Amman Financial Market and this effect was evident through the dimensions of the practice of human resources management (human resource planning, appointment and selection, compensation incentives, performance evaluation, development And training). The study recommended increasing the participation of workers in the company's activities and decisions, listening to their problems, developing learning and knowledge mechanisms and providing workers with the knowledge necessary to develop their skills and knowledge
